Laughter is too Important to be Left to Chance.

Laughter has countless benefits. There is one benefit that should suffice.

It makes one feel good.

 

And unless you are a dyed-in-the-wool Calvinist, feeling good is a GOOD thing.

 

One of the other things laughter is great for is easing stress.

 

It is a little known fact that the stress hormones and the “feel-good” hormones cannot co-exist in the body.

 

That means when we laugh heartily, an extended period, we automatically release whatever stresses we may have.

 

We will explore this on Sunday (hey, that’s tomorrow) at the annual WORLD LAUGHTER DAY CELEBRATION.

 

10.30 am (I know it’s early for Sunday, but you can do anything once a year, right? Of course you can.)

 

By the Sundial in the middle of Beacon Hill Park.

 

We will reveal a new technology of laughter for how to turn negative experiences into positives.
